If the URL isn't originlabs.co.nz, it isn't us.
A short verification checklist so you can confirm you're paying the real lab — not a copycat domain.
You're currently browsing:
originlabs.co.nz
originlabs.co.nz is the only domain we operate. There is no Origin Labs app, no .com mirror, no Telegram-shop, no Instagram DM order desk. Anything else trading under our name is a copy — usually scraped product photos pointed at a fake checkout.
Five things to check before you pay
URL bar reads exactly originlabs.co.nz — no extra hyphens, no .shop, .store, .net
Dispatch is via NZ Post Overnight with a tracking number issued from a New Zealand sender
Every product page links to a public CoA on the Lab Results portal
Open Lab Results →Checkout settles in NZD via secure NZ bank transfer or POLi to our verified business account — never a personal account
Support replies come from @originlabs.co.nz addresses — not Gmail, ProtonMail, or look-alike domains
Paid a site that wasn't originlabs.co.nz? Contact your card issuer or bank as soon as possible to start a chargeback, and report the URL below so we can chase a takedown.
